Spring Fling Market on Friday June 16, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday June 17, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Fall Harvest Market on Friday Sept 15, 11:00 am – 7:00 and Saturday Sep 16, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
We are currently accepting applications for the 2017 season. We are looking for artisans with handcrafted articles or paintings, as well as, antiques (primitive or shabby chic) or repurposed and “junktique” type items. No flea market items, food or live plants are not permitted to be sold.
Application Requirements – Please complete the following application and return it with at least 3 photographs of the merchandise you wish to sell at the Old Barn Market. Applications can be mailed to Stream Cliff Farm, PO Box 1, 8225 South Cty Rd 90 West, Commiskey IN 47227 or emailed to email@example.com. Applications must be received three weeks before Market. All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted of our decision within two weeks of receiving your application. Booth fee is due one week after being accepted to the Old Barn Market. Booth Space – Booths will be set up on two areas. The first is our circa 1821 post and beam barn. Booths in the barn are $65 for a 10’x10’ space. Limited electric is available in the barn for an additional $10. Barn is not air conditioned or heated. The second area is the field adjacent to the barn. Booths in the field are 10’x12’ for $40. Exhibitors must supply their own tents, preferably white, in the field.
*During the Christmas on the Farm Market, October 28, we will be only charging $35 for booths because this is a one day show. The field booths are large, 10'x20'. There will be an Early Bird entrance from 8:30-10:00 am. During this time we encourage vendors to offer their items at a discount. We will be promoting this hour and a half as a special time to have first selection of merchandise at a discount.
Guidelines and Information
-Location: 8225 South County Road 90 West, Commiskey, IN 47227
-Each vendor will receive 4 free passes for their helpers.
-Admission fee is $3.00 for one day or $4.00 for both days. Children 12 and under are free. During the Christmas on the Farm Market, Early Bird admission is $4.00 and is good all day. During this 1-1/2 hour, vendors will be encouraged to offer discounts and items in very limited quantities. Admission from 10:00-4:00 is $3.00.
-Food will be available from our Stream Cliff Farm Smoker and Chuck Wagon located near the barn during the June and September markets. Additional food will be available at Twigs & Sprigs Restaurant. Our handcrafted wines will also be available by the bottle or glass.
-Vendors may set up their booths the day before the show, 4:00-8:00 pm Thursday June 15 and September 14. For the Christmas show, set up time is available, 4:00-8:00 Friday October 27.
-Booths must be completely set up 15 minutes before show opens and must remain open for the entire length of the show. Do not pack up early.
-Vendors should be finished packing by 7:00 the night the market closes.
-Please no smoking, candles or open flames in the barn or field booths.
-Vendors may not sell food or live plants.
-Old Barn Market at Stream Cliff Farm reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items that are not similar in nature to those photos submitted for jurying, such as flea market items.
-Please try to make your booth attractive, it will help increase your sales and makes the show more exciting for shoppers.
-Each vendor selling products for profit must have an appropriate tax indentification numbers or social security number. Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax to the state of Indiana (7%). Vendors are also responsible for their own insurance.
-Payments of booth space are nonrefundable.
-Market will be held rain or shine.
-Vendors are welcome to place their signage on their booth. Signage is the responsibility of vendor, not Stream Cliff Farm.
