We are currently accepting applications for the 2018 season. We are looking for artisans with handcrafted articles or paintings, as well as, antiques (primitive or shabby chic) or repurposed and “junktique” type items. We are also looking for vendors with boutique style clothing, jewelry and accessories. Live plants are not permitted to be sold.
Application Requirements – Please complete the following application and return it with at least 3 photographs of the merchandise you wish to sell at the Old Barn Market & BBQ. If accepted, the photographs you submit may be used for advertisement. Please send clear, quality pictures that showcase your items. All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted of our decision within two weeks of receiving your application. Booth fee is due one week after being accepted to the Old Barn Market. Location of booth spaces are not held without payment. If you want to secure the same booth location for multiple markets, we require payment at time of application acceptance. If you are unable to attend and notify us at least two months prior to the market date, 50% of booth payment will be refunded. After the two month cut off, payment of booth spaces are nonrefundable. Booth Spaces: Booths will be set up in three areas. The first is our circa 1821 post and beam barn. Booths in the barn vary in size depending on where they are located. Average sizes are 10’ x 10’ or 9’ x 11’ or 7’ x 13’. Cost for barn booths is $85 per weekend. Electric is available in the barn for an additional $10/weekend. A second booth area is in a large pole style tent that is provided by Stream Cliff Farm. These booths are approximately 10’ x 12’ and cost $75 per weekend. The final booth area is for personal canopies, provided by vendors, in the meadow. These booth spaces are approximately 12’x 12’ and cost $65 per weekend.
The fee to visit any of the Old Barn Market & BBQs during regular hours of 10:00-4:00 Saturday and 11:00-4:00 Sunday is $4.00 for one day or $6.00 for the whole weekend. We also offer a special Early Bird Admission on Saturdays from 8:30-10:00 am. During this Early Bird time we encourage vendors to offer a special discount or highlight limited quantity items. Early Bird Admission tickets are $5.00 for Saturday and are sold online at www.streamclifffarm.com. The Early Bird Admission tickets continue to be good for the rest of the day but the discounts are only offered during the 8:30-10:00 time period. Participation in the discount portion of Early Bird is completely voluntary. If you want to participate, please indicate your plans on your application. We attempt to showcase vendor’s information on our Facebook page during the weeks leading up to the Markets.

-Each vendor will receive 4 free passes for themselves and their helpers.
-Admission fee for regular hours is $4.00 for one day or $6.00 for the weekend. Children 12 and under are free.
-Admission fee for Early Bird Admission is $5.00. Early Bird Admission is 8:30-10:00am, Saturdays only. During this hour and a half, vendors are encouraged to offer discounts, special pricing or highlight limited quantity items to add excitement to this special time. The Early Bird Admission wristbands are good for the whole day.
-Regular market hours Saturday 10:00-4:00 and Sunday 11:00-4:00.
-There will be a holding area for sold items west of the barn.
-Food will be available from our Stream Cliff Farm Smoker and Chuck Wagon located near the barn. Additional food will be available at Twigs & Sprigs Restaurant. Our handcrafted wines will also be available by the bottle or glass.
-Vendors may set up their booths the day before the show, 4:00-8:00 pm Friday or in the morning of the Market. Please let me know if you need to set up sometime other than the listed times. We are happy to arrange additional times.
-Booths must be completely set up 15 minutes before show opens and must remain open for the entire length of the show. Do not pack up early.
-Vendors should be finished packing by 8:00 pm the night the market closes.
-Please no smoking, candles or open flames in the barn or field booths.
-Vendors may not sell live plants.
-Old Barn Market at Stream Cliff Farm reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items that are not similar in nature to those photos submitted for jurying, such as flea market items.
-Please try to make your booth attractive, it will help increase your sales and makes the show more exciting for shoppers.
-Each vendor selling products for profit must have an appropriate tax identification numbers or social security number. Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax to the state of Indiana (7%). Vendors are also responsible for their own insurance.
-Booth space is not reserved without payment. 50% of booth space payment is refundable if requested two months before market. After the two month cut off, payments of booth space are nonrefundable.
-Market will be held rain or shine.
-Vendors are welcome to place their signage on their booth. Signage is the responsibility of vendor, not Stream Cliff Farm.
