Vendor Agreement

I agree to all aspects of the Indiana Agritourism Law listed below protecting Stream Cliff Farm LLC and Stream Cliff Farm Winery LLC and their employees for any personal injury liability and will be compliant to these regulations as this liability law relates to this contract. Further, any product I have made is my responsibility and I assume all liability for injury regarding the product.

This is the Indiana Agritourism Liability Law. IC 34-31-9-4 Section 14 WARNING Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

As a vendor, I agree to Indiana Agritourism Liability Law and hereby release, absolve, indemnify, hold harmless and waive all claims against Stream Cliff Farm LLC, Steam Cliff Farm Winery LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Nursery LLC, the proprietors and staff. This includes vendors, helpers and attendees within the space vendor uses. Also I agree to hold harmless Stream Cliff Farm LLC and Stream Cliff Farm Winery LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Nursery LLC, and proprietors of these businesses, as well as staff, for any personal property damage, merchandise damage, or loss, broken or stolen and agree that any product I have made or sell is my responsibility; I will only sell a product that is accurately described. Further, if my merchandise or display causes injury to person and/or property, I am responsible and will hold Stream Cliff Farm LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Winery LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant LLC, Stream Cliff Farm Nursery LLC, and the proprietors of the businesses and staff harmless.
