Dear Clubs and Organizations,

Thank you for your interest in Stream Cliff Herb Farm, Restaurant & Winery. We offer many different options to choose from as you plan your visit. We are open Wednesday through Sunday, April through October.

Our base lunch package is $28.95 per person and is available for any group having at least 15 people. The base group lunch package price includes your choice of the menu options found on the following page. All meals include our popular Lemon Layer Dessert, Chocolate Explosion or Pumpkin Bar (during Autumn) and a non-alcoholic drink. By choosing one of the group package meals we will be better able to seat your party together and serve you in the most efficient manner. If your group wishes to order off the menu individually we will do our best to seat you as tables become available in Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant.

The group package meal will be served in our beautiful Winery Dining Area. If you would like additional time in this private dining area for a party, shower or meeting it can be rented for 2 hours at a cost of $75, plus the cost of lunch.

Groups wishing for a lecture may choose from Culinary Herb Growing, Fragrant Gardening, Sun & Shade Flower Gardening, or Morgan's Civil War Raid at Stream Cliff Farm. (Topic specific lectures may be available. Contact Lauren for special requests.)

Some groups desire the Make and Take workshops. Workshops offered are: Spice Potpourri Blending, Tea Blending or Herb & Spice Blending classes are offered for $30.00. All listed Make and Take projects require a 3 week advance reservation and a 50% deposit for supplies. Lectures and craft classes are conducted by Lauren Manning, educator and horticultural specialist or Greg Manning, Stream Cliff Farm’s director of horticulture.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for groups who enjoy visiting the Winery. The Winery offers two special group events which pairs chocolate or gourmet cheeses with wine. Featured are four delicious wines paired with four decadent chocolates or four gourmet cheeses. The fee for the Chocolate & Wine Pairing or Cheese & Wine Pairing is $9.00 per person. This is a nice way to spend the afternoon with friends or club members.

For groups smaller than fifteen, you may make a reservation in Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant for lunch and use our garden seating for needed meeting space. We are unable to accommodate meetings held in the restaurant. There is no minimum number of guests required to eat in the restaurant.

Of course the Farm is open to the public, therefore, your group is welcome to browse the winery, gardens and shops without being required to have a meal, although most groups choose to have lunch while at the farm to make their visit complete.

1. Summer Salad-Mixed greens topped with grilled chicken, strawberries, onion, tomatoes, caramelized walnuts, onions and homemade croutons. Served with fresh bread, herb butter and raspberry dressing

All meals include: Lemon Layer Dessert, Chocolate Explosion (Brownie with ice cream and hot fudge) or Pumpkin Bars, Earl Grey Iced Tea and Lemon Verbena Lemonade

Additional menu options available. Chef Cleo is happy to work with your group to create a menu to fit everyone’s needs and desires.

WORKSHOPS and LECTURES

Potpourri Blending-Participants will learn about growing and harvesting the different materials used and will blend their own potpourri. Cost is $30.00 per person. (Requires 3 week advance booking and 50% deposit)

Tea Blending- Participants will learn more about the different types of teas, their origins, proper preparation and health benefits. We will instruct on the blending process and custom blending tea with a make and take special blend of your own. Cost is $30.00 per person. (Requires 3 week advance booking and 50% deposit)

Herb and Spice Blending Class. In this class we will be learning how to use herbs and spices is fundamental to healthy, flavorful cooking. Here you will learn to blend spices to create your own flavors to suit your own palate. Create your own signature spice mix. Cost is $30.00 per person. (Requires 3 week advance booking and 50% deposit)

Policies for Make and Take Craft Projects

All workshops require a 3-week reservation lead time for supplies. Minimum number attending for all classes is fifteen. To secure a date, booking should be done in advance with an approximate number. At three weeks prior to your make and take function a 50% deposit is required for supplies. You may add to this number after this date and we will accommodate these additional people if supplies are available. Please inform us as soon as possible as many classes require time to acquire supplies. All deposits are non-refundable and are subtracted from the balance due on the day of your event.

Our policy for group functions requires an attendance of a minimum of fifteen. If your group is less than fifteen we would suggest inviting friends or family to come for this special day to help you meet that number. If your group fails to meet the fifteen-person minimum please understand your group will be charged the amount of the fifteen-person minimum. Another option for small groups not wishing to have a program, lecture or guided tour is to make reservations to eat in Stream Cliff Farm Restaurant. Then your group may enjoy your own self-guided tour, shopping and plant selections. All groups of more than eight should make reservations for eating. Then those groups are welcome to use the garden seating if a small meeting is needed at no charge. We are unable to accommodate meetings held in the restaurant.

We have several interesting lectures you may choose from for your group’s enjoyment. Lectures and workshop classes are conducted by Lauren Manning, educator and horticultural specialist or Greg Manning, Stream Cliff Farm’s resident licensed horticulturist.

Stream Cliff Herb Farm Group Function Guidelines

• Group functions are scheduled Wednesdays through Sundays.
• Minimum group size is 15 people.
• A guaranteed count must be given 5 days before your event. This number may increase up to 24 hours prior to your function but may not decrease. Please call the Farm to check for availability when adding guests. You will be charged for the guaranteed number even if your group is less the day of event.
• Full payment is due at the time of function.
• One person is responsible for the payment.
• Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or check accepted.
• No food or beverage may be brought onto the premises.
• No smoking or outside alcohol please.
• Private room rental is $75 for 2 hours
• Classes require a $30.00 per person deposit for lectures or a 50% deposit for make and take workshops non-refundable deposit 3-weeks prior to event.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
